This Agreement is made between the Client (“you”) and Persuna Studio (“we/us/our”), effective upon receipt of the initial payment.

1. Project Scope – Services Included

By selecting the Prestige Branding Package, you agree to receive the following services:

• Branding Questionnaire
• Creative Direction
• Basic Brand Research
• Logo Suite (Primary & Secondary Logos)
• Business Card Design
• Color Palette Idea
• Moodboard (Inspiration Board)
• 2 Logo Options to Choose From
• 1 Round of Revisions

Timeline: Estimated 2–3 weeks from the project start date, dependent on timely client feedback.
Investment: €746 EUR

Installment Option:

• €376 upfront (due before project start)
• €370 before delivery of final assets

2. Payment Terms

• Work will begin only after the initial payment of €376 has been received.
• The final payment of €370 is due prior to the delivery of final brand assets.
• Late payments exceeding 5 business days may be subject to a 5% late fee per week.

3. Project Timeline

• The project starts after the initial payment is received.
• The client agrees to respond to communication and provide requested feedback within 2 business days to maintain the timeline.
• Delays in feedback or approvals may result in timeline extensions.

4. Revisions

• This package includes 1 round of revision.
• Additional revisions are considered outside of scope and will be billed separately at our current hourly/project rate.
• Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receiving each deliverable.
  

5. Acknowledgement of Studio Policies

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Persuna Studio’s official Studio Policies, which cover additional legal terms related to communication, intellectual property, file usage, refunds, and project conduct.
