Refund Policy

At Persuna Studio, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction. We understand that there are times when circumstances change, and we’re here to help. Below are the guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and amendments to projects.
1. Project Scope & Confirmation
. Upon initial consultation and after agreeing on the scope, timeline, and price for your project, we will send a formal proposal or agreement. By accepting this proposal, you are committing to the project terms and are responsible for the payment schedule as outlined.
2. Deposits & Payments
. A deposit is required to secure your project in our schedule. The deposit amount will typically be 50% of the total project cost unless otherwise agreed upon. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures our time and resources to begin work.
3. Refunds
. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed or partially completed work. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final deliverable and have provided detailed feedback that aligns with the agreed-upon scope, we will make reasonable adjustments to ensure you are satisfied within the boundaries of the original agreement.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:
. If cancellation occurs before the project begins, the deposit will be forfeited.
. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly. The remaining balance will still be due as outlined in the original proposal.
5. Amendments & Revisions
. We offer a specified number of revisions as part of the agreed project scope. If additional revisions or changes are requested outside of the agreed scope, we will provide a separate estimate for these changes.
. Any changes or revisions made after the approval of final deliverables may result in additional fees.
6. Delays
. While we strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. In the event of a significant delay due to factors beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and discuss a reasonable extension to the timeline. Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback or missing materials) may impact the timeline, but will not result in a refund.
