Welcome to Persuna Studio! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully as they govern the relationship between you (You or Customer) and Persuna Studio (“we or us or Service Provider).

1. Services Provided

Persuna Studio specializes in delivering high-quality branding, design, and digital solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to:

. Brand Creative Direction
. Brand Research & Development
. Visual Brand Identity Design
. Packaging Design
. Social Media Templates Design
. Web Design
. Brand Strategy Consulting
. Marketing Strategy Development

Each project will be governed by a separate contract that outlines the specific scope, timeline, and deliverables.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:
. Provide us with all necessary information, feedback, and materials in a timely manner to avoid delays.
. Review our work and provide feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe.
. Ensure that the materials you provide for use in your project (logos, images, text, etc.) are owned by you or that you have the necessary licenses to use them.

We are not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback or failure to provide requested materials.

3. Project Scope and Revisions

. Scope of Work: All projects will be clearly outlined in the service agreement, including specific deliverables and timelines. Any changes or additions to the scope of work after the agreement has been signed may result in additional charges.
. Revisions: The standard package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed at a rate of €120 per hour.
. Approvals: The Client is expected to approve work at key stages of the project. If feedback or approval is not provided within 10 days, we reserve the right to move forward with the next stage or consider the project completed.

4. Payment Terms

. A 50% deposit of the total project fee is required upon the signing of the agreement and confirmation of the project. The remaining 50% balance is due before the final delivery of the project. Final deliverables will only be provided once full payment has been received.
. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 5% per month will be added to the outstanding balance. Clients will be notified in advance before any work is delayed due to non-payment.
. All payments must be made in Euros unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Client and Persuna Studio.

5. Cancellation and Termination

. By the Client: If the Client wishes to cancel the project, written notice must be provided. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for payment of work completed up until the cancellation date. No refund will be provided for services already rendered.
. By Persuna Studio: We reserve the right to cancel a project if the Client fails to make timely payments, provide necessary materials, or fails to communicate appropriately. In such cases, we will notify the Client and proceed with termination in accordance with the agreed contract.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

. Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the Client. This includes any logos, branding assets, and other materials created for the Client as part of the project.
. We reserve the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes, including but not limited to online portfolios, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer that your work not be displayed, please notify us at the start of the project.

7. Confidentiality

. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared throughout the project. We will not disclose any of the Client’s business information, unless required by law or upon written permission from the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

. While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, Persuna Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes loss of business, revenue, or any other financial losses due to the design or implementation of the final deliverables.

9. Dispute Resolution

. In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Client and Persuna Studio, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Force Majeure

. Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, or technology failures.

11. Amendments

. These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Agreement
